Ronald Gan is our Managing Partner and leads the banking and finance and real estate practice. Ronald Gan graduated from the University of Malaya.
He was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2002. He has extensive experience in banking and finance and real estate laws.
His experience in banking and finance includes housing and corporate loan for both conventional and Islamic financing from Public Bank Berhad, Public Islamic Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, RHB Islamic Bank Berhad and others.
He is also currently the legal advisor of Malacca Buddhist Association, SKE Mudita Home, Malaysian Direct Distribution Association, Persatuan Penganut Buddhisme, Merlimau, Melaka and Melaka Buddhist Youth Society.
He was also appointed by The Melaka State Government to serve as Melaka City Councilor for the term 2008 and 2009.

Ong Yoke Lin leads Gan Rao Chuah on property transactions specializing on real estate practice, banking & finance as well as corporate & commercial matters.
She obtained her law degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and has taken course such as Islamic law, Islamic judiciary system, Islamic banking & transactions etc. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2007. She has been in active practice since then.
Her experience in banking and finance includes housing and corporate loan for both conventional and Islamic financing from Public Bank Berhad, Public Islamic Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, RHB Islamic Bank Berhad and others.
Now she is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting of commercial agreements, corporate governance for some big names client, advice corporate management, boards of directors and shareholders on such matters as fiduciary duties, corporate laws, governance requirements and board's responsibilities.

Vinson Tay Soon Chuan leads the firm's litigation and civil dispute resolution.
Vinson Tay graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the University of Multimedia in year 2010. He read in the chamber of Mr. Ronald Gan Yong Hoe of Messrs Gan Rao & Chuah. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13.05.2011.
He joined the firm in 2011 as an associate and became partner in 2014. He is specializes in general civil litigation, accident, goods sold & delivered, trust, will and probate, and criminal matters.

Gan Su Mui graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) First Class from the University of Multimedia in 2010. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13.05.2011.
She joined as a legal assistant in Messrs Gan Rao & Chuah on 02.06.2011. She specializes in non-contentious litigation matters including adoption, divorce, probate and administration.
She regularly advices and acts in application of citizenship, social visit and registration of marriage.
